Refund policy
REM Sleepwear Return & Exchange Policy
All REM Sleepwear sets are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchanges will be considered only on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged. All refund or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to support@rem-sleepwear.com .
Important Notes:
- Customer Care Responsibility: If a product is damaged due to improper care by the customer, REM Sleepwear holds no responsibility and will not issue a refund or exchange. Please refer to the GARMENT CARE tab for proper care instructions.
- Sizing Policy: Refunds or exchanges for sizing issues will not be accepted. Please refer to the SIZING tab before purchasing to ensure the correct fit.
- Exchange Window: No exchanges will be issued after 7 days from delivery.
If a Return/Exchange is Approved:
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Prepaid Shipping Label Option: If you prefer a prepaid shipping label emailed to you, a $20 shipping, handling, and processing fee will apply. Payment can be made via:
Venmo: @REM-Sleepwear - Once payment is received, we will email you a shipping label. After the item is packaged, shipped, and delivered, we will review its condition before issuing your refund or exchange.
Refund Policy:
Customers will receive a full refund for the product only—shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
